REGISTRATION FEE: $135.00
($75.00 for half-day attendees, students, medical/chaplain residents, seniors 55+ and Duke staff and faculty)

Your registration fee includes: all conference sessions, all meals (continental breakfast, lunch and snacks), parking, continuing education units and a complimentary book specially produced for the conference detailing Jewish traditions at the end of life and how to apply that knowledge to caregiving.

LOCATION OF CONFERENCE & PARKING

The conference will be held at the Duke Divinity School. Parking will be at the Bryan Center parking deck (PG IV) off Science Drive.

This conference is presented by the Duke Institute on Care at the End of Life. Based at Duke Divinity School, this interdisciplinary institute works to improve the care of seriously ill patients and their families by creating new knowledge and rediscovering old wisdoms about the spiritual dimension of end-of-life care.
