WHAT TO WEAR

Conference attire is “business casual.” The average temperature for Durham, N.C. in May is 82 degrees. Occasionally meeting rooms are cool, so you may want to bring a sweater or light jacket.

CANCELLATION POLICY

This conference is subject to cancellation. In the unlikely event that the conference is cancelled, Duke University is not responsible for any airfare, hotel or other costs incurred by participants

REFUNDS & SUBSTITUTIONS

If you register but cannot attend the conference, you may submit a written request for a refund or substitute another individual. Half of your registration fee ($67.50) is refundable upon written notification. All refund requests must be received in writing prior to May 22, 2007. No refunds will be issued after this date. No-shows are not eligible for a refund.
